This is my collection of sample ideas I can use for assessment in practica, and in my future teaching and learning.
Although I like to follow requirements closely, I would like to note that I may not have a solid 5 formative, 5 summative, 5 intermediate, 5 primary split for these examples. This is because I felt that many assessments could be adapted for either elementary or primary, and some assessments such as rubrics can be used as a formative tool for students to use, and a summative tool to assess a product. I feel that many assessments can be used in a variety of ways.
